Welcome to CYCB! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CYCB: Expense Money Manager mobile application, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the application (the "App").
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start using the App. By using the App, downloading the App, or clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Use when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the App.
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our App. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our App.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our App.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Our App allows you to enter, upload, and store financial information. You retain all rights to your data. By entering data into our App, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
We do not claim ownership of your content, but we require this license to operate and improve our App.
CYCB offers both free and premium paid services:
Premium subscriptions are billed according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
All premium subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment terms and refund policies are subject to the terms of the App Store.
We do not directly process payments or issue refunds. For refund requests, please contact the App Store through which you made your purchase.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CYCB and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CYCB.
You may use our App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App:
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER CYCB NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH CYCB MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE APP.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
IN NO EVENT WILL CYCB, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CYCB, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account through the App settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined according to the laws of the state of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
